Hello

Aloha Chicago Entertainment is a Chicago based entertainment firm founded by Chris Tuia’ana, an entrepreneur and entertainment professional.

History in Polynesian Entertainment

The son of an accomplished Polynesian musician and entertainer, Chris naturally became involved in entertainment as a child. From performing dances and playing music, to setting up and sound-checking equipment, Chris did it all.
Chris’s father, Herman Tapu Tuia’ana performed at world famous venues including the Polynesian Cultural Center in Hawaii and Disney World’s’ Polynesian Village & Resort in Orlando, Florida.
Shortly after uprooting from Orlando to Chicago in the early 70’s, the Tuia’ana family quickly became active members of Chicagoland’s Polynesian community, performing at well-known Chicago hot-spots such as Shanghai Lil’s and Marriott’s Kona Kai restaurant.

Expanding Entertainment in Chicago

Ever-respectful of his culture and heritage, Chris continues to expand his love and knowledge of Polynesia, while embracing the many diverse cultures and arts that can be found abundant in Chicago. Chris is also founder of ACE Entertainment, an entertainment firm that showcases a wide-variety of talented entertainers including Samba Dancers, Belly Dancers, Jugglers, Stilt-walkers, Magicians and much more.
“It all began with just a few hula dancers here in Chicago, and now it’s grown to become so much more”, says Chris. “I can’t see myself ever doing anything else. I love what I do and nothing makes me happier than to see the faces of our audience members light up when we’re performing”.
